Vintage classic dress by an excellent designer of the late 1970s, Steve Fabrikant. He designed for St. John Knits and this is the same top quality as any one of those. It has unique horizontal ribbons in yellow, pale blue and black on that bright orange background. Short sleeves with a back neck zip.
